Join us for this interactive course and develop your ability to transform simple core activation into functional strength with progressive, feedback-driven training.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will:
- Be able to demonstrate the correct setup and application of tactile and pressure-based biofeedback tools with 90% accuracy in
simulated lab practice.
- Apply at least three progressive hand placement and lever arm strategies to modify exercise difficulty during trunk stabilization
activities.
- Identify and cue activation of at least four key core and trunk muscles involved in rotational and side-bending progressions.
- Design one therapeutic exercise progression that integrates biofeedback techniques to address both local stabilization and global
functional movement.
- Implement two patient-centered coaching strategies that enhance motor learning and reduce compensations during core activation
training.
